The HARMONIC ACE+ Shears with Adaptive Tissue Technology is an ultrasonic advanced energy device designed to optimize sealing and dissection for vessels up to 5mm. The HARMONIC ACE + Shears with Adaptive tissue technology are indicated for soft tissue incisions when bleeding control and minimum thermal injury are desired.  The instruments can be used as an adjunct to or substitute for electrosurgery, lasers and steel scalpels in general, plastic. Paediatric, gynaecologic, urologic, thoracic, exposure to orthopaedic structures(such as spine and joint space) and other open and endoscopic procedures.

Contraindications

• The instrument is not indicated for incising bone.
• The instrument is not intended for contraceptive tubal occlusion

**Must be used with the HARMONIC Grey handpiece.
